Who We Are
Columbia Wireless provides high-speed internet throughout the central Kootenays in beautiful British Columbia. We are a family owned and operated company situated in the beautiful town of Nelson. Our 25 towers provide line-of-sight service to residents and commercial applications across the region. We deliver High Speed Internet by Wireless signal from towers located on tops of mountains which are powered by solar power and other green energy!
We are also expanding our fiber optic and Air Optic Internet Services every year to new areas so keep checking back for new service areas.

An independent agency, the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) works to resolve consumers’ and small business owners’ complaints about telecom and TV services. The CCTS provides this service free of charge.
If you have a complaint about your telephone, cellphone, internet or TV, please first try to resolve it directly with your provider. If you have done so and haven’t reached a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.
